The Bad Boy Running Podcast

Running is great, so why aren't the podcasts? Bad Boy Running is a podcast for runners (boys AND girls!) who are bored of the dull and dry podcasts currently on offer. Hosted by friends Jody Raynsford and David Hellard, both running journalists, bloggers and lovable idiots, the show features the conversations they'd have in the pub focusing as much on the camaraderie and social side of the sport as the technical.

The second of the two-parter with Mudstacle's Pete Rees.

In the second half of the episode the gang discuss:

  • What the hardest obstacle race is in the UK
  • How to judge how tough a course is if you're a newbie when the name tells you NOTHING about it
  • How to prepare for an obstacle course race (no, it's not drinking more...)
  • Why neoprene is the future of OCR fashion
  • The REAL story behind Pete's red shorts (it's funny)
  • Pete and Jody revisit David's exit from Special Forces Hell Week... and why Pete was partly responsible for David's current hatred by the entire Filipino population
  • And much more

If you've not listened to Part 1, go back and listen to that first.
