The Bad Boy Running Podcast

Running is great, so why aren't the podcasts? Bad Boy Running is a podcast for runners who are bored of the dull and dry podcasts currently on offer. Hosted by friends Jody Raynsford and David Hellard, both running journalists, bloggers and lovable idiots, the show features the conversations they'd have in the pub focusing as much on the camaraderie and social side of the sport as the technical.

The Beer Mile has been in many a publication this week, but now it's time to hear the opinion of the beer-running specialists. They talk world records, beer drinking technique and (other people) being sick.

Next is an event review from both a (gold medal) participant and the Race Director! The Beerathon is picked apart in detail as Jody and David relive the japery.

Due to this weeks COMPETITION some information that will come in extremely useful is: 1) How to join the Facebook - search Bad Boy Running Podcast on Facebook. Be accepted by the admins. Contribute.

2) the email address is letter@badboyrunning.com

The above information is very important if you want to enter the competition being collaboratively run by For Goodness Shakes and the Bad Boy Running Podcast. Listen in for information on how to enter that.

Also! Follow us on twitter - David is @davidhellard and Jody is @UltrarunnerJody and the collective handle is @badboyrunning1 and of course lastly don't forget to SUBSCRIBE if you want the Podcast delivered to you weekly!
