The Bad Boy Running Podcast

Running is great, so why aren't the podcasts? Bad Boy Running is a podcast for runners (boys AND girls!) who are bored of the dull and dry podcasts currently on offer. Hosted by friends Jody Raynsford and David Hellard, both running journalists, bloggers and lovable idiots, the show features the conversations they'd have in the pub focusing as much on the camaraderie and social side of the sport as the technical.

The boys are back with a catch up after the thrilling Super Saturday of Great British Beerathon and then Beer Mile World Championships.

Jody discusses his strategies for running the Double Beerathon, while David explains exactly what went on with the placing at the Beer Mile... and how he's now an international medalled athlete.

David also takes the time to educate Jody about athletics, while letting off steam about drugs cheats.

And they get an update from Tom Scott who competed at the Transplant Games (WARNING: it's a bit sweary).
