David Harvey talks us through how he lost a load of weight thanks to running. His main goal was to run the Western States 100 and, after a drunken night out, he woke up to find that he'd entered it unknowingly. After waving goodbye to the entrance fee, he got to training and tells us all about his preparation and his experience of actually running the race.
