The Bad Boy Running Podcast

Running is great, so why aren't the podcasts? Bad Boy Running is a podcast for runners (boys AND girls!) who are bored of the dull and dry podcasts currently on offer. Hosted by friends Jody Raynsford and David Hellard, both running journalists, bloggers and lovable idiots, the show features the conversations they'd have in the pub focusing as much on the camaraderie and social side of the sport as the technical.

Carla Molinaro loves a challenge.

Even before smashing the Lands End to John O'Groats (LEJOG) record with a time of 12 days 30 mins and 14 seconds, she has challenged herself in the most unique ways.

In this episode, Jody and David speak to Carla and find out more about her recent LEJOG record as well as her rather unusual preparation for Comrades Marathon which she preceded with a 19 day run from Cape Town to Comrades averaging around 60km a day.

Carla also talks about her experience running as part of a team.
