The Bad Boy Running Podcast

Running is great, so why aren't the podcasts? Bad Boy Running is a podcast for runners (boys AND girls!) who are bored of the dull and dry podcasts currently on offer. Hosted by friends Jody Raynsford and David Hellard, both running journalists, bloggers and lovable idiots, the show features the conversations they'd have in the pub focusing as much on the camaraderie and social side of the sport as the technical.

Jamie McDonald is one of the most positive and inspiring individuals to have ever appeared on the Bad Boy Running podcast.

Not only has Jamie achieved some incredible endurance challenges and adventures, such as cycling 14,000 miles from Bangkok to Gloucester and running 5,000 miles coast to coast across Canada unaided, but he's also a serial enabler.

Jamie is a pro at helping others become the heroes in their own charity challenges and in the process has helped other raises thousands and thousands of pounds for great causes.

In this episode, David speaks with Jamie about all this and more.
